Appalling interview process. A couple of emails, and then directly thrown into technical tests, without discussing anything related to salary or benefits! The interview process was really poor. I've done my fair share of interviews over a decade long career, and have only been on a such a bad interview twice. Inexperienced interviewer, repeatedly cutting me off, impatient, would not understand my explanations that would show in their "reiteration" of my response.
