The interview process started off well with two interviews with folks who seemed knowledgeable, professional and all around capable. The process ended with an in-person interview with members of the exec team. The office was unprofessional (to say the least), and the CEO was arrogant, off putting and rude. The final interview lasted ~10 minutes where the CEO devalued all my previous work. It was quite evident he had made up his mind prior to the interview and all that occurred was wasting my time as a candidate.
