The interview process is very fast. You have to take an English proficiency test 40 items. After that proceed with the initial interview conducted by their staff. Then review training kit and prepare for the demo teaching

First you go through the system check and if that goes well you proceed to demo lesson, for which you prepare a beginner and an intermediate lesson. If you are ready you apply for the demo lesson and an interviewer pops up and act as students would. If you are not using the chat box frequently they say so. If you didn't do well they say so and you are allowed to redo the demo class.
