Had 2 phone screens and a first round with the hiring manager, who told me she would be putting me on to the next round.
Two weeks later, I got an email that they had closed the position and it would re-open in one month. A month went by, the position re-opened, and I was asked to skip the second round to go straight for the final round panel.
Had a great interview, was told by the team that I could expect to hear back within a week. Then HR dragged me on and on for another 38 days, each time telling me that they are still "busy preparing things" on their end!
In my last follow up, I asked for an explanation as to where things stand. I told them that I had found the job re-posted AGAIN "20hrs ago". The HR team finally responded, telling me that I am no longer being considered for the role.
When I asked for feedback, they said that the role was no longer moving forward, which appears to be a blatant lie.
I am extremely turned off by this unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, I have no idea if the team is aware of any of this, and my guess is that the unorganized and unprofessional HR team here ruined a potentially wonderful business relationship.
I will no longer consider any future jobs with this company.
