12 min Aptitude with case study, followed by couple f2f rounds on separate days. Complete waste of time and energy. Inexperienced interviewers, silly questions, negative vibes. They should hire some polished leadership.

The whole process took many months.
The Offered position was removed by client by the time offer was rlled out.
There were many levels of interviews. Sometimes it seemed that the details from the previous interview was not considered in the next level at all. Painful wait time.
The candidate has to first clear the Aptitude test. Post clearing the candidate appears for 2 technical interviews. At times, there is a round with BU head well but it is not mandatory. Lastly if everything goes good, candidate goes through the HR round.
