Had a video interview after applying online. They asked how much I knew about the company, about previous experience, and some technical questions. Also asked to explain technical concepts in simple terms. They scheduled a second interview with the specific teams after the first interview.

Simple but very time-consuming, in a nutshell. The company gives mostly PBC with very less conversion. The 6 months internship however gives a lot of expertise but rarely seen someone getting FTE.
