Entrevista
Have done a motivational interview, then two senior members asked me programming questions. The motivational interview had two parts, the first with human resources which was mainly an attitude test, while one other with one senior employee who asked for my past experiences. The technical interview was done instantly after, with two developers.

Pregunta 1
Object oriented fundamentals, writing code to make a transpose matrix given an input one. Object oriented fundamentals is as simply as polymorphism, inheritance and overriding. The code for the matrix was asked to be written in any code, on paper, and I personally preferred using pseudo code

Preguntas sobre conocimiento en distintos lenguajes muy sencillas más o menos son unas 5 después de la entrevista personal y después valoración de las mismas.
Después te preguntarán por el salario solicitado (antes de hacerte la oferta) y si cuadras en la posición requerida.
