First, I had to do a one-way video interview. I was then contacted by the recruiter to set up a time to discuss the position, pay, start date, and the days I was available for an in-person interview with the supervisors. The last part of the interviewing process was talking to the supervisors.

One-way interview format was different and had trouble getting used to it but it was less stressful than anticipated. It did take a long time to complete but it was nice to be able to re-record answers if you stumbled.
