I applied online to multiple Nike Factory Stores through the careers website. I was contacted by one of the managers and did a short phone interview. After completing the phone interview I was invited to a group interview where we said a little bit about ourselves and paired up to complete a quick exercise. We were given a random object and had to sell it to our partners. After the exercise, we did a one on one interview with the hiring manager.

Fairly easy. Interview is on zoom. They gave me three or four questions and they were mostly about working as a team. My interview had three people in it so make sure you go prepare for it.
