Very Conversational, very behavior based. Panel interview. C suite members and subordinates. It was quite a bear. Nike is desirable so it makes sense that it is difficult. Make sure you have an answer to every question under the sun.

Tell me about yourself and what you bring to Nike.
Applied through a recruiter. Process took about a week & was shortlisted for a f2f interview. The hiring manager and their manager were present. They asked a lot of situational questions and were practically reading off their paper during the interview.

How did you demonstrate certain skills in your previous jobs? What do you think would be a strength that could help you in this role & a weakness that could hinder your progress?

It was a pretty fast experience I was asked a simple slew of questions, nothing too hard and the interview was over. I did not receive a call back or another offer for an interview
