Ik heb gesolliciteerd via de jobspagina van Nike en kreeg een uitnodiging voor een telefooninterview. Het telefooninterview duurde ongeveer 45 minuten met allerlei standaardvragen (grootste prestatie, werken in teamverband, sterktes/zwaktes, etc.). Binnen twee weken kreeg ik een uitnodiging voor een persoonlijk interview bij EHQ. Ik werd geïnterviewd door de lijnmanager en de werver van het telefooninterview was er ook. Niet veel later kreeg ik het stageaanbod.
The interview process was relatively easy and painless. I thought the interviewer was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. I felt comfortable enough to ask follow up questions etc.

5 interviews in total, first with recruiter, then hiring manager, then business case interview (hiring manager + Director in same function), and 2 more interviews with Senior Director for the function and 2 business stakeholders for the role.

Entrevista
I sent my CV and 2 days later I was invited to an online recorded interview. The questions were about specific soft skills and I had to answer telling about a situation in which I used them. I also had to do a test to measure my empathy and how I interact in professional environments. Atfter 3 weeks the recruiter called me and scheduled a meeting with the manager of the team. The interview was really structured with a lot of question on how I would act in specific situations.
