I applied online through NIKE's website and got a call about a week later. They gave a short interview with basic questions like "what is your availability?" "how old are you?" and "why do you want to work here?" They scheduled me for an interview the next day. Dressed semi casual (jeans, heels, and a nice shirt). It was a group interview with 2 other people and 2 managers interviewed us and we took turns answering questions. Questions included: "Give an example of a time you received excellent customer service," "give an example of a time you worked with a team to solve a problem," and "what is your passion?" NO STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES QUESTIONS. The managers made us feel comfortable and it was very casual. They implied we'd all be getting the job and then said they would email us with an offer. I thought I had not received the job after checking my email constantly, until THREE WEEKS LATER someone called and offered me a job after putting me on hold for 30 minutes>:( I went in for orientation 2 days later to fill out paperwork along with about 20 other new employees and we received free employee dress. Then we had training everyday from 6pm-10pm for a week, which was very difficult with 20 people... Overall everyone there was super awesome and nice, it was just very unorganized:)

Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.
