was a 15-minute interview with 2 panel members. they were kind and not intimidating. Asked 8 questions in total of which 4 were scenario-based. make sure you are aware of cancer referral goals for the trust, for example urgent referral should be met by 2 weeks.

Entrevista
I had discussed the role with the Line Manager prior to applying (which they advise everyone to do to show interest). She made me aware of the intensity of the role and the requirements so I was ready for some of the interview questions. There were three people on the panel- the Line Manager, Team Leader and the Lead Clinician for the speciality. They were all open and encouraging and allowed room to expand on the questions if I felt it was relevant.
