phone interview, face to face interview, induction and employment, pick up a few clothes and folded them on a table afterwards we hanged them. everyone got the job and we got out log in details the following day
Easy, casual chat, was asked basic questions, got shown around the shop, and was given an induction on how to complete various tasks as well as how to clock-in and clock-out etc.

Short telephone interview - informal chat to discuss availability and previous experience, which lasted about 15 minutes. Then brought in and shown round the store and the stock rooms, and fill out any paperwork.
