Went through the schools career office for the first interview. After which, a few weeks later an on-site interview was scheduled. The day began with a panel interview, about 30 minutes; then I had to give a technical presentation, about 1 hour with questions; a 1 hour one-on-on interview; then lunch, a tour, and five one-on-one interviews about 30 minutes each. Overall they were very nice, they really tell you more about their work than you tell them about you.
