Phone screen by HR rep, followed by 3 Teams interviews with various other people. I'm leaving this negative review for the interview process because despite the phone screen and the first Teams interview going very well in my opinion, I was completely ghosted after that. I was contacted using Indeed's messenger feature, so when I followed up a week after the interview (I was told they had other interviews and that I'd likely hear back the following week), I could see that my message was read, but no response was ever given. I waited it out another week and sent another quick message just to ask if thr position was still open. Again, message read but no response. I didn't bother to send another message. I know it's tough out here and they probably had a lot of applicants, but did they REALLY interview that many people that they couldn't send me a quick message saying, hey, sorry, we've gone another direction, best of luck? It's extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't waste my time applying for another job with this company.
