Good experience and different from what I had experienced before. the structure of the interview was very interesting I really liked the fact I got the feedback straight away in my interview and didn't wait days or weeks to hear the result. hiring manager mentioned at the beginning on the interview he normally tell people straight away if they will be going to the next round or not.

Entrevista

The overall interview took around 5 weeks. I had 5 interviews: Round 1: HR screening Round 2: on-site interview with Senior Customer Success Manager Round 3: Video interview with Director based overseas Round 4: Panel interview (Case discussion and SWOT analysis) Round 5: Interview with Manager In overall, the process was really good and interviews were challenging. HR was on top of it providing feedback and always giving me updates of the next steps. They were all super transparent with feedback and what should need to expect for the next round. This is probably one of the best recruitment processes I ever been and that talks a lot about the company.

Entrevista

Fairly standard process when compared to other similar tech companies. 1. Began with a phone screen with the recruiter. The recruiter asked why MuleSoft and why customer success. 2. I am local to the SF area, so we did the hiring manager and peer interviews on-site and back-to-back. The questions were more focused on a background in tech and enterprise account management. Typically, those interviews would be done virtually. 3. Next was the on-site. It was supposed to be a full afternoon worth, but a few people had to cancel. The ones who cancelled were set up again for a virtual interview.

Entrevista

I was guided through the process by a very professional Recruiter that was my primary point of contact throughout the entire interview process (approximately 4 weeks from initial screening to offer). She was very respectful, timely, and transparent throughout the process. My experience consisted of 1) an initial 30-minute screening with the aforementioned Recruiter, 2) initial 30 minute call with the Hiring Manager, 3) in-person interviews with 2 peers (Customer Success Managers), the hiring manager (1-hr each), and then a lunch with the Recruiter, 4) 30-min call with VP Customer Success, and finally 5) 30-minute presentation to a panel via Zoom.

Interview was ok but the requirements needed by Mulesoft were undefined making the interview some what broad & difficult for the hiring manager to drive effectively. The recruitment manager had little knowledge of the company but was new to the role & was caught understanding the true need of the position.
