Evan DeLuca was incredibly helpful in navigating the interview process. He helped guide me through each interviewers’ expectations and provided feedback almost immediately after each stage in the interview process. Never before have I had a recruiter make introductions to top performing reps before accepting a job. Overall, the hiring process was very enjoyable, and I was thrilled to accept the offer. While interviewing remotely during COVID-19, I felt supported throughout the entire process and the decision to accept the offer was a no-brainer.

100% First Class, phone screen, F2F and then Regional sequence of interviews and Presentation to panel. Make sure your audience is familiar with the setup for the presentation. Make sure you know what the audience is listening for. It's only 20 min so don't overthink it or try to fit to much into that time.

Detailed but very much a strong process. Every event fed off the previous and you didn't feel like there was a lot of repeating to do. Also even though it's a fairly intense process you there's no standoffishness or people trying to intentionally be intimidating or difficult, although there's a desire to see how you react under pressure

This was my second time interviewing with MuleSoft, but it was much less pleasant experience. Three years ago I interviewed with MuleSoft and was given an offer, but I ended up taking a role at a different startup. My experience last time was really great, and I think a lot of it had to do with the recruiterI had been working with. I forget her name, but I think it was Dessi Or Debra or Darin. Last time, I had a 45 minute phone interview with a recruiter who reached out to me, and the phone call was extremely helpful. She spent as much time answering my questions about the company and sales team as she did asking me about my sales background. There is a delicate balance to conversation that a good recruiter understands; where you can get lots of good info and dig into someones background, but at the same time make them feel at ease, and tell them about what sort of team/company/and culture you'd be coming into. Last time it was really hard to turn down the offer, mostly because I felt like I was missing a great opportunity, and recruiter had been as much responsible for that as my understanding of the product. This time could not of been less different. The recruiter (a different one, I was told my last recruiter had since moved on to a new company) was stale and robotic, did not seem to have any genuine zeal or energy about the company, and if anything, she was kind of antagonistic and contentious. I pulled myself out of the process after that call. If I had any advice for MuleSoft, it would be to make sure your recruiters understand that they are representing the company with every call they take, and if they don't love the company, it will show through during the call.

15 minute phone screening. I met the recruiter at a career fair and we talked about how much personal development comes with sales. It seemed like she liked me so she forwarded my resume to her sales manager or somebody higher up. This person set a time with me over email and then called me for the screening. We talked about my background, what I've been up to career-wise, and what I could bring to sales.

- Very extensive interview process. - A recruiter initially reach out to me. After a screening call with the recruiter came: call with hiring manager, onsite sales presentation with three managers, individual interview with three managers, call with Regional VP, onsite interview with Senior VP of the company and company founder (Ross Mason). - The interviews and interactions themselves were fantastic. Everyone was extremely transparent and willing to answer all questions, as well as posed very thought provoking questions themselves. - The only negative thing about the interview process was the amount of time it took to complete. With that many interviews, scheduling times that work for all parties involved because difficult and drawn out.

  • It wasn't a specific question that was asked that was difficult, it was the level of detail in which the interviewers will push you to clarify or provide additional answers to their questions that made the interview questions intense. They were not satisfied with simple answers and wanted to dig deeper at every opportunity.
