First Round interview has two phone calls. Each asks about market view, background etc. I would say just common banking interview. It seems like they are recruiting lots of fixed income s&T analyst in London.

Also they paid attention to explain the what is the important qualitions they look for the position.Asked me direclty if really wanted to work in that position. As far as l am concerned ı could say that you feel what will the result of the interview based on it.
