Sent my resume online, got a phone interview first, then on-campus interview. The on-campus interview took 3 days. I was put in a crappy hotel. Peple were nice and the interview was not too hard.

The process included a Zoom screening and then on-campus visit. The search committee asked questions regarding scholarship, teaching, and practice. Prepare for a "job talk" session and teaching demonstration. You'll have multiple meetings with faculty, staff, and students.
