Several Interviews, Challenge at the end, takes 20ish hours of prep total, if you get to challenge and interview at least lukewarm you'll get the job. Be sure to ask them tons of questions to truly see if you enjoy the culture there.
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
