Entrevista
I sent my resume to an employee who forwarded to HR. Took several months to get a response back. Standard phone interview with HR. Quickly heard back about interview with internal team. The interview was fairly normal, at first, but one team member was shuffling papers and walking around the entire time. He ended up asking me rondo some white board simulation type exercises that I wasn't prepared for. Didn't hear back for several weeks, and followed up to find that someone else had been selected. Everyone was nice, but things were a little disorganized.

A client is looking for X application to be designed. Show us how you would gather requirements.
Someone on your team made a bad decision that will impact project timeline. Pretend you're talking to the client to tell them the launch may be delayed and give them options A and B.
Interview process was quick and efficient. They clearly already reviewed my resume thoroughly prior to the interview. The interview itself consisted of mainly question about my personality and what I'm looking for.
