The conversations felt smooth and engaging, and I left with the impression that the process was moving in a positive direction. Instead, I received a generic automated rejection email with no explanation and no feedback of any kind. After investing time, effort and genuine interest, it was disappointing to see the company choose this approach. It says a lot about how they view candidates and the experience they provide.
