I had a very positive interview experience. It was two parts. First I had a call with a Hiring Manager to talk generally about the position and what the company was looking for. Then I had a facetime interview with team members to discuss the role and how my goals aligned with the mission of the company. Team members were respectful and supportive. They were interested in what I knew, as well as what I was passionate about, which was a nice change from most interviews I had where the only concern was what my qualifications were. I truly felt like the team members wanted to see me succeed in the interview.
