Got to the final round of interviews only to be ghosted. its been two months and I haven't heard anything. It would be nice to be told that I didn't get the job rather than going MIA

Phone screen with recruiter: resume overview, 30 minute teams meeting with the Design Engineering Manager: technical and behavioral questions, on-site: 45 minute panel with design manager and principal engineer, followed by a second panel with a senior engineer and a senior manager.

30 Minute behavioral interview with very basic circuit question. Then 3 30 minute interviews back to back, mostly behavioral with some more in depth electronics questions. Took a while to hear back on their decision.
