Multiple phone interviews, followed by knw local in person interview and a half day interview in San Diego. Interview was mostly laid back, and focused a lot on my personality and less on my skill sets. They want to make sure you will interact well with customers and have what it takes to succeed.

Truthfully a bit disorganized, quite a bit of waiting in between the various interviews (i.e. weeks and lots of following up required), but interviews themselves were genuinely pleasant and memorable.

Entrevista
Typical to most companies-HR screening moving forward to local/hiring manager, and then passed to panel interview with different department heads. Can be a 3 to 6 week process overall but HR is very responsive.

Entrevista
Upon submitting your resume, they ask a couple of questions that basically serve as a cover letter. I heard back from them quickly to schedule a phone interview with HR. They got back to me in approximately one week with a polite e-mail, saying that they found a more ideal candidate and would keep my resume on file.
