The whole process was relaxed and conducted remotely. Interview process took less than 1 hour, which is refreshing, as some companies conduct 3-5 hour interviews. Everyone involved were friendly and pleasant.

Cabling basics, including types, fiber vs copper and distance
The interview process was completely remote with three interviews. There was one technical interview and two soft skill interviews. I received the result via email two weeks after the interview.

Brief, only a few technical questions. Most of the interview seemed very informal and was about getting to know me as a person. That being said, I was already familiar with the job scope as I was a vendor prior to the interview.
