Microsoft has various sourcers looking for candidates through different channels, so even if you don't make progress with some of them, you may still be a great candidate to another - it all depends who their internal customers and hiring needs are at the time.
Also erstes Interview mit HR, im Anschluss mit dem hiring Manager und zuletzt ein technisches Interview. HR hat die gängigen Fragen gestellt. Hiring Manager vermehrt über Verhaltensfragen und das technische Interview hauptsächlich um Cloud und .NET Anwendungen.

Entrevista
The panelists were highly professional, fostering a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Their questions were thoughtful and relevant, contributing to a productive and insightful discussion. The overall experience was well-organized and demonstrated a high level of expertise.
Hit or miss with the people you engage. Some are good, some are not. This role is a stepping stone in my opinion. There are other positions one can move into after some time in this one.
