I applied through their portal for the MBA Aspire Program (Technical Consulting and Client Success). I was invited for a 30min Skype Interview. The interview went well to my knowledge but obviously, the interviewer had a different opinion.

The first step was a standard online upload of your cv/ cover letter and three questions on why you want to work at microsoft. The second was a logic test, this lasted roughly half an hour and was a sequence of logic shape tests, nothing too complicated. The third stage was a telephone interview that was scheduled to last 45 mins but only lasted 30, the questions were competency based. and consisted of sections about. Motivation, confidence, drive and emotional Intelligence. You are required to answer in the STAR format. Also they asked if I knew of any Microsoft products.
