I filled out an online application, and heard back (by phone call) within a week. I scheduled an interview for the following Monday. The interview itself took place in the store's classroom, and was a one on one with the store's manager. I dressed in dress pants, flats, and a nice blouse, and added artsy little earrings as a conversation piece. (If you make jewelry, pins, hairpieces etc, wear them! Employees need to have "a passion for creativity"!) Interviews at my location were casual. The process took little over half an hour. I recieved a job offer call two days later.
