Was very quick, they were over hiring for a new store, so they need more people for store set up. Interview lasted probably 10 minutes tops. Spoke to the Store Manager and another location. Basically just wanted to know that you can life 50 lbs, are able to communicate to customers, and can learn about the products they sell even if you dont currently know anything about Michaels products.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
