I went thru two magement interviews plus the initial screening with a recruiter. I was asked to complete a written assessment prior to my second interview. The second interviewer didn’t even review my assessment prior to the interview. The second interview was also supposed to be a two person panel, but one didn’t bother to show up, so I was told to expect a 3rd interview the following week. I followed up with the recruiter the next Monday and didn’t receive any info for over a week, when she sent me a generic rejection email.
