I was referred through a FB employee. Then I had a phone interview with a recruiter to check my background and resume. Then phone interview with someone from the BI team to check to see if they want to bring you in for an in-person interview. Then in-person interview was in Austin, TX, but the position was in Seattle. Four 45 min in-person interviews in Austin. Each interviewer asked almost the same questions. 2 out of the 4 interviewers seemed tired and were yawning the entire time and seemed not to care. The other 2 interviewers were nice and interested.

Absolutely horrendous! Unresponsive recruiter despite applied via referral. Had a screening call with the recruiter whom promised to be in touch after sharing my profile, after which was radio silence. Despite me following up twice; a week after and two weeks after, the recruiter just didn't have the courtesy to respond.
