The entire process I went through was 3 interviews excluding the intro phone call. This took place over the course of about 2-3 weeks. As an entry level position I found this a little over kill. Each interview after the first was a panel interview with the team I would be working with. Unfortunately I did not end up getting an offer, and also was not contacted to be given the news. That is not uncommon, just something to note.

Had a brief intro call with a recruiter who was pleasant to talk to. I then went on to talk to two people who I would be working under in the same interview. The questions they asked were pretty standard and not difficult to answer.

The 3 interviews themselves were not bad, although the third round with the VP felt a little intense. My main issue is the lack of communication during the process. The recruiter made me promise to let her know if I got any other offers before I finished the interview process with them so that they could react accordingly, which I agreed to and understand the reasoning behind. I don't feel like I got that same respect, as the scheduling of the interviews was a little willy-nilly and once the interviews were complete, I never heard back, even to be rejected. I sent a follow-up email asking for any sort of information, and I never received a response to that either.
