I was initially contacted via e-mail and asked to answer two questions and provide transcripts for any educational institution I had attended within the last 5 years. After responding to the initial request, I received another e-mail 2 days later and I was asked to complete an online assessment. Another day later I received an e-mail that stated my qualifications were being reviewed by the hiring managers A week later I received another e-mail with 2 additional questions and the same request that I initially received for transcripts to which I had already responded. Three days later I received an e-mail from an HR representative to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was the following day and the HR person was personable and professional.
