Two interviews done at the call center, had to consistently go in and talk to folks at the front desk to really get my foot in the door and get their attention for an interview

Entrevista
I applied for the job online and got no response, so after a week I called them and asked what the status of my application was. They brought me in for an interview and first I took a skills test, which was basically just entering information in Spanish as it played in my headphones. Then I met with one guy who asked me general job interview questions, and then met with a woman who interviewed me in Spanish. I left and a couple weeks later they called me and said I got the job.

What's a product or food that you don't like? How would you sell it to me (in Spanish)?

Entrevista
I was first given a one on one interview with an HR representative which was followed by a skills test which recorded my typing speed and accuracy when transcribing information in a recording. This was followed by a shadowing experience where I was paired with a current employee for a few minutes to listen in on a phone call conversation with a customer. Afterwards, a pair of supervisors conducted a panel interview where a portion of the interview was conducted in Spanish.

Mostly standard interview questions. The panel interview asked me to demonstrate how I would sell something that I do not particularly like.
