I put in my app during a job fair and since so many cashiers leave after a few months they are basically always hiring. I got called for a phone interview and was asked a few of the basic questions about past work experiences. Then, I was scheduled for a second interview. It was frustrating at first because when I went in the boss I was suppose to interview with wasn't even there...so I had to come back in two hours..
I passed that interview and then I went in for another..
After that you have to wait 2 weeks for a background check to come back and then you are started with training. The 2 weeks went a little over ...if you neeed a job asap this isn't the one

It was all really basic easy questions. They really didn't seem like they cared what you answered with. They seemed desperate..not good when looking for an employer, but good if you lack skill
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.

Met with a department manager. Not the person who was scheduled to do the interview. Most questions were about my availability and work history at a previous employer for a cashier job
