On campus interview. One interviewer who asked mostly behavioral questions. After first round, the second round involves multiple interviews on site with managers who also came through the program along with a lunch interview and a tour of the facility. Heard back between 1-2 weeks. People were really nice and helpful along the process. If you're interested in applying to locations outside of your current location, this is a possibility. They are dedicated to helping you find the best fit for your career, therefore they offer good benefits as well, such as tuition reimbursement for grad school.

R1 online, R2 in-person, all behavioral, they expect you to ask a ton of questions and a lot of follow up questions when u share an anecdote. u have dinner with them, lunch with them. they have town cars pick u up.

Make sure to ask lots of questions. It is very easy to be "duped" into thinking that you are doing well, but you have absolutely no idea. Seems like an amazing gig, and they definitely want to hear you stress and talk about the work-life balance.

They flew me out for it and put me up in a hotel and everything. Then the interview was a full day - someone was assigned to greet me, give a tour, eat lunch, and three different interviews getting more and more senior throughout the day.
