First there was a phone call from HR to test language skills (bilingualism), review qualifications and set an interview date. There were two in-person interviews, the first one with the hiring manager, the second one with coworkers I would be interacting with on the team. It was done in a small meeting room, not the manager's office.

It was hard, but good. Not overly complicated, but also in depth. They asked a lot of questions. Good questions. Probing questions. The type of question that make you think. I liked it, but perhaps didn't enjoy it. Seems like a good place.
