Was recommended for the job by a friend/previous co-worker. Received a phone interview which was followed up by an onsite interview with HR. My final interview was a half-day interview by 5 people on the project team.

Found this through a recruiter. Had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. Waited for 1 month before being brought back for an in-person interview, hiring decision was make in 2 weeks
