Interview process was a formality as two of the interviewers did not even had a copy of resume or even looked at it so did not even know about my previous experience or skills, which shows how serious the interview process was!

Extensive screening video call, followed by video interview with person in similar role accompanied with HR Director, then followed by in-person interview with hiring manager and VP. VP made arrogant comment regarding education history and falsely stated 1 certification was not legitimate while in truth it was granted by a reputable organization. The unionized workforce did not greet the management team during the warehouse visit.

interview process was concise and straight forward and well planned. it consisted of a panel of three individuals asking typical interview questions. most questions were concerning prior work experience and expertise.
