Entrevista
Panel interview was very vague on the actual aspects of the job. When job opening was posted it was listed as the Appeals department. Accepted the job under the impression that there would be no telephonic dealings with consumers. It was not until training began that we were told we would be answering phones and assisting consumers with their health insurance issues and helping them enroll rather than only dealing with their concerns and/or appeals electronically.

Day 1- After the staffing agency contacted me about the job, I went to the staffing agency office and completed a short skills test (Excel, Data-entry, etc.). I was then given a date and time for the company interview.
Day 2- For the company interview, two supervisors interviewed about 10 individuals at the same time. The group interview took place in a meeting room, everyone sat around a large round table. The supervisors then asked a series of random questions, almost irrelevant to the position we were applying for. Each individual was given a chance to answer each question. There was no one-on-one interview at all. Three days later I was contacted by the staffing company with the job offer, which I accepted. The first day was approximately 1 month later.
