The interview process was more scripted than I expected. The employees who interviewed me seemed more interested in showing off their own skills rather than reviewing mine. They had this "test" that was a joke, it wasn't even something that makes sense in this day and age. Anyway, if you want a good laugh, go on the interview, but you will see that the place is like a cult and that the negative reviews are pretty much valid. After reading the reviews and having the interview, it was easy to reject the offer.
