Interview with District Manager MyraSpeed.It was robot mode as soon as the interview started.I had slacks a button up and a haircut so appearance wasn’t the reason.She completely lacked any personality.I even tried to break the ice with questions about different mattress models on display and she showed no interest.The interview lasted between 15-20 She asked many questions about previous jobs.Asked me if I can handle working in the store alone I said yes because I worked in stores alone for a year.Her questions were fast and her presence was stern and firm.She actually was discouraging by telling me many decide that mattress direct wasn’t the job for them.After the interview was over she offered me a store in Kenner Uptown or the Westbank and I politely declined her offer.I personally wouldn’t want to work for her.
