1st class...... I have been very impressed by the process and the individuals I have spoken with. I've decided to go with this Company versus another that is offering a higher base salary, based on the professionalism and "vibe" I felt during this process. They asked me "what I wanted out of this job" and " what I thought could make me successful in the role". I had the opportunity to meet with H.R. , Sales Management and the V.P. of Sales and the "message" was very linear and uniform. Everyone at the San Diego office, from the HR person, to the employee I sat with, to the Manager and V.P. were very happy in their position and spoke extensively about how to be successful there. This was impressive.
