Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Mathnasium (Stamford, CT) en may 2019
Entrevista
The interview starts with a phone call. Should you move forward, you have to do a math assessment. You will then do a trial day where you will shadow current staff to gauge how you interact with students and parents.

Pregunta 1
What experience do you have with children ranging from ages 5-18?
I went in and met with a center director in person and interviewed, then I took a math exam. That evening I was contacted about setting up a final interview with regional leaders. The math exam is only up to Algebra I, the most difficult part if you haven't done math in a while is probably exponent rules.

Entrevista
A video interview was rapidly scheduled and it covered basic relevant experience and background. The recruiter said that they would reach out in the next week or two regardless of the regional directors response. There has been no feedback and my message reaching out has been ignored. This is for a Fortis Franchise operated Mathnasium.
1. initial phone call - 20 min (with the owner)
2. second phone call - 20 min (with the owner)
3. in-person interview/assessment - met with the owner and then did a math assessment (4 hours)

5. yet another phone call (with the owner).
