I met the recruiter at a career fair on campus. I was extended an interview offer on campus. I met with both a buyer and a planner- the questions were very predictable, Why Macys? Why Retail? What are you goals? A time when you made an unpopular decision. Leadership abilities.

Pregunta 1
Describe a time when you were involved in an entrepreneurial venture. Questions like this are hard to answer because most college students have had no such experience, so their answers are really a stretch.
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
