I applied online. through indeed.com. The HR departments was very timely in their response. The process was also efficient! Most of the process is done via email back and forth. Do not be afraid to ask questions for clarity.

Tell me about your experience & how many hours are you wanting to work.
One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.
It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.

Entrevista
Once you have applied, the manager would call you and arrange a interview date. Either the Manage or People Leader would conduct the interview. It's just a few questions. Once they see you are a worthy candidate, they will discuss your availability and have you sign forums to complete the interview and move on to training.
