They asked simple interview questions. Just be genuine and relate question to who you are ad applying that to the job. Store manager interviewed me. Got the job on the spot. She was super nice and easy to talk to.

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.

One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
