I applied online and received notification of interview via email. I did think it unusual that nobody called me before the appointment, but turned up nonetheless. I think security to the building could be improved as it seems like anybody could wander in and at no point was my ID checked. First round interview conducted by 2 people, set list of questions, very structured. Questions based on how I would approach situations, demonstrating previous experience and making sure I would fit in with the team/culture. Second interview more 'pracitcal'; excel skills tested and a presentation to prepare on the spot plus additional questions following on from the previous interview.
